Cappadocia Red Tour
Tour Description
We pick you from your hotels at 9:30. Our first stop in Cappadocia is the Martian landscape is in the Devrent valley. We visit Pasabag's “fairy chimneys”, where the voice of the wind harmonizes with songs of the fairies. We stop by the Avanos center of terracotta art to see how the ceramic and tiles are made by hand. After lunch break, we visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum to see best of Byzantine art in Cappadocia. We complete the tour with a visit to the Uchisar Rock-Castle, giving you therefore a panoramic view of the valleys of Cappadocia. Lastely, we visit a carpet cooperative to see how the Turkish carpets are hand made.
